Lynn has been married to Allen since 1977 and is the mother of four adult children. She is passionate about animal issues and has a spoiled cat. Her interests and hobbies include reading, bicycling, camping, bird watching and pretending to be a tourist as she enjoys all Saint Augustine and Jacksonville have to offer. Lynn is a big fan of the outdoors and loves spending time at state parks, learning about the history and development of different areas.

Prior to becoming a Realtor (R), Lynn worked in banking, mortgage banking and marketing. She also co-owned a business with her husband, where she managed the office and learned about sales. Her achievements include being recognized as a Five Star Agent, earning Life Membership in Weight Watchers and being recognized with Davidson Realty's President's Award for 2011. Though Allen has only recently joined Davidson, he says that he has been in sales all of his life.

Born in Birmingham, Alabama his first sales success was convincing Lynn Vann to become his girlfriend and later his wife. They married in June of 1977 and subsequently raised four children and many cats.

After a 15 year career in Banking Operations, Allen found the need to change career paths due a corporate downsizing and ended up in Telecommunications sales. He worked successfully in this field for the next 24 years. Allen and Lynn owned and operated several businesses along the way and Allen had always looked forward to returning to self employment and working with Lynn.

Having helped Lynn learn sales back when they owned a cellular dealership in the 1990s, the teacher has now become the student. Lynn has been in Real Estate for 19+ years and is now helping Allen learn the intricacies of the business. One thing they agree on is that customer service is King.
